    Nuzzle Questions for my Son's (7) Deck

    Posted: 19 Dec 2019 11:11 AM PST

    So my 7 year old played Nuzzle at a challenge this weekend. Didn't win any games (out of 3) but did okay. That said, I'm curious the best sequencing for the deck. I dont have the exact list but it is basically this:

    4x Pika-> 4x Riachu, 4x Emogla, 3x Pachirisu, 1x Dedenne, 1x Marshadow, 1x ReshRom, 1x Tapu Prism, 1x Ditto Prism, 1x Zebstrika

    15 Lighting, 1 Fire

    4x Volkner, 2x Rosa, 3x Bills Analysis

    4x Electropower, 4x Pokecom, 2x Shrine of Punishment, 1x U-Turn Board, 1x Energy Switch, 1x Reset stamp, forget the other item cards but probably a few Pokegear or great catcher.

    So I'm trying to keep it as simple and repeatable as possible for my son. I told him to go second every game no matter what. This ensures if he gets a Pachirisu out he can use it once for sure. Some questions though:

    1) Should goal turn 1 be, 4x Emogla and 1x Pika on bench, get a Pachirisu to active with energy and attach 5 energy to bench? Or is it better to get a second Pachirisu on the bench instead of the Pika? Is 4x emogla the best set up?

    2) I'm assuming the second turn answer is to always get another pachirisu out and push more energy to the bench? It is best to not put a second on Pika/Riachu at this point?

    3) Every turn from here (call it turn 3), you should do the following right: Play Volkner/Rosa, grab whatever nuzzle pokemon are left, get a benched riachu to active, evolve a benched pika to riachu. Bench a Pika, Attach a lighting energy to benched Pika.

    Will Metal Saucer make a turbo metal deck work in extended?

    Along with the title I was also wondering why aqua patch never made turbo water thing in extended. What makes dark Pokémon with dark patch in turbo dark so good? What can we learn from that deck to apply towards a turbo metal deck?
