- Darkness Ablaze Launch Event - Begins August 21
- Finally acquired Silver dot Pikachu coin to complete the Fatchu coins, the rarest tradeable coins in ptcgo right now.
- 20 win streak with Tri Bird and crazy code!
- This game obviously knows which box legend for the new generation I prefer personally.
- Will Big Parasol nullify Altered Creation GX and/or damage counter placements and/or Obstagoon's Obstruct?(photo not mine ctto)
- Question about World Championships Deck Code Cards
- Are there any resources comparing similar Trainer cards, which ones are better/more meta?
- Charizard VMax/Sunflora deck
- Deck help expanded
- Bird Keeper will definitely be my favorite Supporter card from Darkness ablaze not only it allows you to switch pokemon but also lets you draw 3 cards. This can be a good engine for lightning decks like alolan raichu tag team after losing Zeraora gx. (photo not mine ctto)
- New to the game need advice
- What's the best way to trade when you need a lot of cards?
- Do you play Legacy competitively?
- Login in servers down?

Question about World Championships Deck Code Cards Posted: 08 Aug 2020 07:32 AM PDT So I just found out about the world championships decks that get released each year after world championships. I see that for the physical cards it is specifically stated that the cards have different backs and are not tournament legal. However, it says that it also comes with a code card. Does that code card give you the entire deck online, and if so, are the cards that come from it standard legal, or do you just have to play them in unlimited or something? Thanks! [link] [comments] |
Are there any resources comparing similar Trainer cards, which ones are better/more meta? Posted: 08 Aug 2020 03:05 AM PDT I'm still fairly new to the game and sometimes I switch using some card for another one, like Fisherman for Energy Recycle System. I would like to see some comparisons explaining which cards are more worth running. Like why is Quick Ball supposedly good when you can use Pokemon Fan Club? Also would like to know which Trainers should I aim to get from trades. [link] [comments] |
Posted: 08 Aug 2020 06:06 AM PDT I'm trying to figure out how to make this deck work, but the biggest problem I keep seeing is that I still need a 40 damage boost on Charizard to hit the magic number of 340. The methods I can think of (in standard) are: 1) Basic Fighting and dojo 2) scoop up and zigzagoon 3) incineroar and vitality band 4) Rocky helmet and/or spread/snipe support I'm not sure if expanded would be better for charizard, but it does have max potion there and Float stone. What are your thoughts? [link] [comments] |
Posted: 07 Aug 2020 07:25 PM PDT I'm new to playing the pokemon tcg. Posted: 07 Aug 2020 01:51 PM PDT I just started playing ptcgo about two days ago and was looking for some advice on how to progress. I've watched a few videos on YouTube and read a few forums so I have a decent start. I bought the cheesy charizard deck to help with theme versus and theme events. Right now I'm sitting at about 700 pokecoins and was curious what I should be spending those on? Should I buy more theme decks or purchase packs? Or is their a third option they are good to be used for? I know I should collect my tradeable packs and trade those for specific cards rather than rip them but is event tourneys the best way to accumulate tradeable packs for building standard decks? Tldr: 1) what is the best use of pokecoins? Packs theme decks or a third option I'm not aware of 2) for a free to play player is event tourneys the best way to accumulate packs? [link] [comments] |
What's the best way to trade when you need a lot of cards? Posted: 07 Aug 2020 10:05 AM PDT Like what's the best way to do when your missing half the deck but it's only cheep stuff? Putting all in one offer seems stupid to me because a lot of people might not be able to accept it because they are missing 1 or 2 cards. So how do you do it? [link] [comments] |
