Why are the Card Prices Dropping so quickly?

I've been trying to build my first ever standard deck (SS Urshifu). Yesterday, SS Urishifu VMax was priced at 11-12 BST, today it's 8-9 BST.

Is there a reason the price dropped so quickly?
Is it a normal thing?
If the prices keep dropping, will I get any value if in the future I decide to trade them away?

Where do those tradable HGSS silhouetted energies come from ?

I am planning to collect those nice silhouetted energies from the 'call of legends' and HSSG boosterpacks , but there is one thing I do not understand.

Apparently HSSG packs did not come with online codes , but I see those energies cards as trade offers in PTCGO. Using my pokecoins to buy those boosterpacks will only give me trade locked cards, so I wonder where those tradable energies come from. Is it possible to aquire boosterpacks or older decks that (may) contain those energy cards ?

I got 66 Battle style packs I redeemed and I'm trying to build a rapid strike urshifu deck. The Vmax goes for 20 packs, I won't have much else to play with if I get 3. Any tips on trading to save me some packs?

Rosa alternative in Decidueye?

I am trying to put together a Decidueye deck on a budget and since I can't spend about 50 BST packs on a playset, I am looking for alternatives. I was thinking about using the new Bruno supporter and a reset staml for the comeback potential, what do you think? Can the deck be played without it?
