| Single Strike Urshifu Deck Help Posted: 16 May 2021 07:04 AM PDT Hi guys, I'm in the process of building my first real deck and I drew single strike urshifu and his vmax from untradeable packs so decided to commit to that one. I'm piecing it together slowly but just wanted to make sure I'm on the right track and see what other cards would be important. So far this is what I've got: 1 Single Strike Urshifu Vmax 2 Single Strike Urshifu V 2 Houndour (should I have 3 or 4?) 4 Houndoom 4 Urn of Vitality 2 Tower of Darkness 1 Single Strike Mustard and only 1 Single Strike Energy (what would be a good number for those?) I guess my main questions are: what important trainer cards am I missing and is there any benefit to add other attackers (I also have a stonjourner vmax or I've seen tyranitar v on this team some) or would that just distract from my main objective of setting my urshifus? Thanks for the help! Sorry if that is a lot, I'm F2P so really want to be efficient with my targets. [link] [comments] |

Everytime I try to login it takes a looong time loading data then gives me an error saying "The network connection with the server has been lost." And I still can't login. I deleted the game and re downloaded it from app store. Still doesn't work. Is there anything else I should do or what is the cause of the problem because I cant figure out how to fix it. | Mew not blocking attacks to my benched Pokemon Posted: 15 May 2021 05:06 PM PDT So I have a Decidueye deck and will play Mew on the bench. Whenever I face a Dragapult Deck, and Dragapult Vmax uses Max Phantom, it's still allowed to place the 5 damage counters on my benched Pokemon. Why is that? It has no abilities to counteract Mews ability nor in these instances do they have any benched Pokemon to counteract Mews ability either. [link] [comments] |
| New Player: What theme decks should I go fo? Posted: 15 May 2021 06:13 PM PDT I have seen a fee posts saying that Relentless Flame and Soaring Storm are some of the best theme decks out there. However, I am noticing both of these decks are from the Sun & Moon series, so I was wondering if these are still the top decks to consider even with the newer Sword & Shield series of theme decks... or if there are other theme decks from the newer series I should consider. Lastly, what do you all think are the next best theme decks (after Relentless Flame and Soaring Storm)? I was considering also getting Unseen Depths (Kyogre) to counter Relentless Flame. I have also been obliterated by Galatian Sirfetche'd, Zacian, and Zamazenta theme decks recently... I have been strongly considering one of those too. Thoughts? [link] [comments] |

The attack that got copied is 180, so I thought it would be 360, but it stayed 180. Does anyone know what happened? I thought it would OHKO I attached 2 dark energy and 1 psychic energy to the MM gx... don't know if that mattered... the attack I copied was jet pierce from naga guzz gx. Thanks! [link] [comments] |

Posted: 15 May 2021 04:53 PM PDT I want to buy the staples for before rotation, and when I went to complete a playset of Boss's Orders I noticed that Lysandre's non-foil version was selling for around half the price of Giovanni's non-foil version. It is good, but considering my lack of cards in PTCGO, I am wondering what cards I should try to trade for to further improve my deck! Posted: 15 May 2021 08:58 AM PDT I am aware that Mew3 is a GX Pokémon, which means that Decidueye prevents all damage done from attacks by V or GX but technically Mewtwo & Mew are using the ability of perfection to get off attacks. Has anyone tried this? Is this a go around? I'm assuming it doesn't work, given I haven't seen anything online... but thought I'd ask. I'd love an advice or additional cards to possibly add to try to combat a decidueye deck. I play Victini Vmax mew box deck for reference. ☺️ [link] [comments] |

In real life tournaments, are you just expected to know what most of the cards can do? I'm assuming it's not allowed to waste time asking or looking what your opponents cards' text say.
