- Hey guys, check out this castform deck i made, its so much fun to play. Keep in mind that i dont have a lot of cards, and dont do much trading, so there is room for improvement for sure in the deck (only 1 vs.seeker ), but it still is very good deck and i've been wining a lot on expanded with it.

However I have notest that no major changes have been made since last time I played. I'm thinking stuff like Gui, chat, ladder/rank, etc. my question is, how transparent are the dev? It contained 2 lugia ex cards both with a different picture and 2 lugia code cards (and probably some other stuff, but i don't remember because it was a long time ago). Since i now play the ptcgo i decided to redeem the 2 code cards. Once i redeemed them i saw in my collection that i had 2 of the same lugia ex cards instead of the 2 different ones i have physically. Is it random which lugia ex cards you get and i just got unlucky or is this a bug? [link] [comments] |

| Returned to PTCGO after a couple of years, bought Soaring Storm, instant regret... Posted: 17 Jul 2021 01:05 AM PDT Wanted to get back into the game and searched around the web for advice on which Theme Deck to get, and many people suggested Soaring Storm. Was pretty excited to try it out, but then it happened. I got to experience how bad the deck was... Against Relentless Flame and Storm Caller, they just consistently had better and easier hands and plays to make. They needed less setup, had more variety of attackers to choose from, and also needed less energy to get going. Meanwhile, I'm durdling on pidgeys and dratinis scrambling to get the right combination of cards to stay competitive... Once you get behind, its almost impossible to win as those decks only need 1-2 energy on their main attackers (and any energy acceleration abilities don't need to come from a 2nd stage evolution). So, did I just get unbelievably unlucky, or are those other decks just better because they play better on average/below-average draws...? [link] [comments] |
