X is a psychic pokemon and Y is a psychic weak pokemon.

If X is wearing a stealthy hood and he hits Y, he still hits for weakness

Hi, I'm new to the game and have some quesitons regarding trade. I know ptcgoguide.com for GX cards but how about non-GX cards? For example, I'm looking for 4x Inkay and 4x Malamar to build a deck I say online but I don't know how much I should offer for the cards. Could you give me some information as to how to evaluate the cost of non-GX cards? Thanks.
