Pokemon Coin Flip Tournament Round 2 Posted: 16 Mar 2020 02:23 AM PDT
Title Picture https://imgur.com/a/WZlatpY Here's a quick overview of the tournament guidelines: This will be a 5 round swiss tournament to determine the top 8 for the bracket tournament. The goal here is to reach 13 points, but 12 and under is acceptable as long as you reach top 8. Wins are 3 points each, losses are 0, and intentional draws (ID) are 1 point to each player but must be agreed upon by both. You don't not need to do a match if you agree to an ID. Matches are best 2 out of 3 and rounds are tentatively 48 hours depending on how fast people finish their matches. All names in the tournament are first listed by their platform username followed by ingame name in (). If your opponent has [Amino] in their name, contact me immediately. Completion of the match should be reported to me with the winnings clearly stated. The round will progress once all matches have been completed and reported. If your opponent does not respond within the allotted time, winnings will be determined by me on a case by case basis and the unresponsive will be considered for disqualification. Good luck and have fun! Main tournament info: https://www.reddit.com/r/ptcgo/comments/fdcrhq/pokemon_coin_flip_tournament/?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share [link] [comments] |

Title Picture https://imgur.com/a/U61bcut Welcome to the next tournament hosted by me! Here's the description of the tournament gimmick and the rules that follow: Ever wanted a card to be banned but still ended up being legal for competive play? This tournament fixes that. This time, it's all about giving the players the choice of what they don't want to see in play. Here how it works: This week (3/15-21), everyone, regardless if you're participating in the tournament or not, can comment below 3 cards they want banned. At the end of the week, I'll count up the cards chosen, the number of times each has been picked, and the number of people who commented to determine how many of those choices get banned based off popularity. The next week (3/22-28), I'll post the winners, or losers in this case, of the poll and people have to build decks without those cards and submit them to me to participate in the tournament. Some ground rules: 1) Basic energy will not be banned. We don't want to render the entire meta unplayable for everyone. 2) This is a Standard format tournament. Makes it easier to pick what you want gone. 3) Only one comment per person will be counted. Don't comment multiple times just to get what you want. If you do this, I'll pick the first comment of yours I read. 4) Specify which copy from which expansion you want banned if there's multiple versions of that card. This is important because pokemon doesn't ban everything under a specific name just because one copy is a bad apple. Be very clear on this when commenting or your choice might not be added. Now for the tournament specifics: This will be a Swiss tournament with an 8 bracket finisher. The top 8 at the Swiss tournament will qualify for the bracket. Matches will be 2 out of 3 and the deadline for them will be tentative depending on how fast people finish. However, the max amount of time I'll allow to complete the match is roughly 48 hours. Players who do not communicate with each other/complete their match within the set time will have their winning points determined on a case by case basis. Speak to me if you have any questions about this. The winners of the bracket tournament will receive these prizes. 1st: 10 Sword and shield packs (SWSH), 2nd: 5 SWSH, 3rd-4th: 3 SWSH, 5th-8th: 1 SWSH First deadline will be March 21st at 11:59 PM PST for commenting ban ideas. There will be no acceptance of latecomers. Hope you guys have fun and good luck to all! [link] [comments] |

Any active promo codes? All the ones I was able to find are expired. Posted: 15 Mar 2020 10:28 AM PDT Staying indoors because of the end of the world and downloaded the game to pass time, it's pretty cool. I know that physical cards come with codes but are their any currently active promotional codes? All the ones I could find said they were expired. Any help would be great thanks! [link] [comments] |

Posted: 15 Mar 2020 09:13 AM PDT I was wondering if anyone has any clue where I could get a code card for the 2015 championship Canadian deck, I had one years ago but never played TCGO now I'm really into it and would love an online deck along with my physical deck. It's the deck that has shaymin ex, landorus ex and lucario ex in it [link] [comments] |
