| I found a new strategy, and I want to know how to make it better. Posted: 02 Jun 2020 07:45 AM PDT Hey everyone, so I was building a psychic deck for a challenge, and I found a really cool strategy. Use Gengar 085/202 from swsh, Cresselia 59/156 ultra prism, malamar with psychic recharge 51/131 forbidden light (I think, the one in the necrowzma theme deck). With this, I get a pokemon with high hp hit a couple of times, and using Gengars ability life shaker, I move the damage counters to Cresselia. And then switch cresselia into active and switch the damage counters, anyways, enough rambling, can anybody help me make this deck stronger, help is much appreciated. | Are private tournaments a thing? Posted: 01 Jun 2020 10:26 PM PDT Sorry if this has been asked, but some friends and I are new to playing online and none of us can seem to find if we can make our own tournaments or if we just need to have private games and record the results. All Google will show us is how to join the tournaments regularly. And just for some insight on why we're looking, we used to meet every couple of weeks and hold a tournament for just us to mess around. We'll definitely play regularly, but we just wanted to know if we can hold one for just ourselves. Due to some moving away and the whole covid thing, we figured we'd try this out. Thanks in advanced. | Inteleon VMAX or Rillaboom VMAX? Posted: 01 Jun 2020 07:58 PM PDT Hi all, Over the last few weeks, my family, friends, and I have gotten into playing Pokémon. My kiddo is the one who got everyone into the game, and now everyone is building their own deck in order to compete at our eventual game nights (when they finally happen). My brother, cousins, and close family friends (all in our 30s) are all very competitive and all come from Magic. I'm having a hard time choosing between building an Inteleon deck or a Rillaboom deck. Both seem just off meta enough to be interesting for me, and I don't have to break the bank buying Dragapults (what I'd play if only had one TCG to fund). I see both decks have had moderate success at the Limitless qualifiers, with Rillaboom showing up at Q#4. However, I am looking for one that will be competitive, mostly future proof with the rotation coming up, and I've always been a midrange player at heart (MTG), so something that could mirror that would be ideal. I'm thinking Inteleon is the way to go, with Frosmoth to help support and some Jirachis... since we finally got a set to play with. I was thinking of focusing it on energy denial (Crushing Hammer and Team Yell Grunt), but most lists don't seem to run those and instead focus strictly on VMAX and Max Bullet. Rillaboom seems like it could be fun too. But losing Net Ball soon seems like it would suck. And having two lines to build could make things cluttered? Though Inteleon has two as well.... So I'm at a loss. Any suggestions as to which way to look? [link] [comments] |

I see so many good thoughts and suggestions on potential improvements for this online client, but I don't know how many of them are actually being relayed to the individuals that could make a change. It would be great to see some of these thoughts and ideas organized so maybe the developers will see that there would be a substantial payoff to them dedicating resources towards improving their client.
