| Transitioning, tradeable packs and tiers... Posted: 07 Jul 2020 03:52 AM PDT Hi I'm a new player and had a couple of questions. I had a quick look at standard FAQs etc and couldn't find an answer, so sorry if I've missed something obvious... I'm having a hard time transitioning from theme play to standard / expanded. I have enjoyed playing theme decks but want to try something myself. I've put together essentially buffed versions of the Intelleon and Groudon theme decks and they're working alright. But I tend to only be able to keep pace with other newbies / others with copypasted theme decks. Anything approaching 'meta' still crushes me. So how should I go about trying to get a better deck? I am crawling my way towards more coins, etc, and have, like, six trade-able packs. I know tradeables are currency here, but don't have the chops to get more of them at a decent rate. Is there any budget deck anyone could recommend (and is there an official or unofficial tier list / upcoming release list going around anywhere?) Thanks guys :) [link] [comments] |

| Spirit Burner Chandelure Expanded Posted: 07 Jul 2020 08:20 AM PDT I made this fun deck to make Spirit Burner Chandelure somewhat viable in Expanded. The idea is to make a Chandelure ASAP (Rosa best supporter). Then, use Spirit Burner to dump Pokemon into the discard pile and deal lots of damage for 1 energy lol. The Inteleon engine helps set up Chendelure. I like using Delphox and Infernape for 20-60 burn damage per turn. I received my a notice today that my 3 trainer toolkits I ordered online are at my local post office. I will be giving away all the pack codes in them as well as one of the toolkits codes and what would be a spare dedenne and sleeves via private trade. I was originally going to start this giveaway when they arrived and end it in 24 hours. But because I will have to head out to get them from the post office I will start the giveaway now and end it when I head out next and pick them up (most likely wednesday but no later then friday) For this giveaway you must try you best to come up with a deck as creative as possible from scratch and follow the rules below. The rules are simple Send me your most UNIQUE deck idea via PM It does NOT have to be good or consistent The deck does have to be fun or at least fun looking The deck has to be legal in either standard or expanded Although not required a brief rundown of the mechanics of the deck will help in its chance to be the most creative as well as a funny name for it. | Which card does Dedenne GX generally replace? Posted: 07 Jul 2020 02:03 AM PDT I have ordered my Trainers Toolkit which means I will now have 2. However, I have quite a few great decks that I simply cannot remove/swap out any other cards - of course excepting Dedenne GX. So, how do people usually put Dedenne GX into their decks? | Planning to build a budget Standard Mach Strike deck Posted: 06 Jul 2020 09:11 PM PDT Hi guys. I am very new into PTCGO. Only started playing for a few days ago, and this deck seems fun to play as I watched his videos. So what is the most efficient way to get those necessary cards?
For the moment, I am very confused what to do. So I have only been spamming theme deck versus to farm token and got myself over 1000 token after owning 2 different theme decks, but not sure what to do from here onward. Please enlighten me if the deck is viable, optional trainer cards that can be replaced, how to farm those cards and so on. Your opinion will be very much appreciated :) [link] [comments] |
