A few days in, I've realised that it might take a lot longer then I thought to make. Considering that I am going to be investing a lot of time to this, I just wanna make sure that the deck is worth it? EDIT: Any tips for collecting the needed cards would also be greatly appreciated! | How do you all feel about the massive size of the modern sets? Posted: 06 Jul 2020 05:46 AM PDT See title. Personally I am a bit torn. On the other hand, I also feel like a lot of cards that get printed are just crap and filler, making it hard to get the cards that are actually decent. I get that a set needs a few chase cards, but for example I am now 300+ packs in, and I still have yet to see a baby dragapult or a boss orders. Hell it took me 100+ packs for a playable set of scoop up net. Naturally this may be less of a problem if you spend money on a lot of codes, but I think there are also a lot of 100% F2P players who only buy and open packs with coins. For them it will become even harder to transition to standard, since bigger sets mean it is not just the top-tier decks, but also the components for rogue decks become harder to obtain. Thoughts? I have a fun contest for everyone, to help lighten the mood and hand out some codes! If you could invent an entirely new Pokemon (unrelated to any current species), what would it be?Please include at least the name, type(s), and brief description of your creation in your comment below! Mine would be Wishket [The Packrat Pokemon]; a small, mouselike creature (Dark/Steel type) that lives under the floorboards of houses and steals metal trinkets and coins to create a sparkling den. It's even been known to take parts out of appliances if they are shiny enough to catch its eye! Please don't copy other answers; I want to reward creativity! | Rebel Clash League Codes (Season 1-3 and Starter Bundles) Posted: 05 Jul 2020 09:55 PM PDT Hi everyone, Rebel Clash Digital Season Rewards were released last week; I completely forgot about to post the info for those that are eager or wondering how to get them/earn them. Pictures of the code contents are on the bottom of the post. With COVID and the inability to receive the promos/league codes, Pokemon has released the digital rewards to Professors/Leagues that had APPLIED for them in early May, these were not granted automatically so not every league may have them. The physical rewards are yet to be determined on how they will be distributed but were hinted as they will be made available in the future. As an example, it was recommended that you were to play on a game on PTCGO and submit a screenshot to get a code for your locals (at least that what I did) to be eligible for one.
In addition, new codes were created to help Parents/Children get into PTCGO are specific codes called 'Parent/Child Starter Play Bundle: Zacian/Zamazenta'; these codes gives either of the Starter Decks, a Pre-Release Kit as well as 2 Tradeable Rebel Clash Packs! The distribution here was to help create the process of teaching parents and their kids to build decks from what they were given (almost as a quick bundle to get them playing) - so if you have a child and want to be engaged in the deckbuilding process or play matches on theme ladder this is a good step! Inquire with your local professor/league to see if they have codes for you. Good luck! | Why are there 2 keldeo exs from boundaries crossed? Posted: 05 Jul 2020 07:27 PM PDT If you search Keldeo EX you'll find 5 cards - The FA, the promo, the Legendary Treasures RA, and then 2 RAs from Boundaries Crossed. The cards have the same set number, and are identical except that one has a slightly different holo pattern from the other. Could anyone explain why? This bugs me so much. [link] [comments] |
