- I'm new to ptcgo, and i had a few code cards lying around that I managed to use to scrap together this deck? Any cheap ways to improve this? I have a few packs of DAA still (2-3) but that's about it, so I can't afford any of the expensive meta pokemon like zacian or crobat or dedenne

Energy - 14
Total Cards - 60 ****** Deck List Generated by the Pokémon TCG Online www.pokemon.com/TCGO ****** The idea here is to get the Drampas and Druddingons out as attackers and use Dragonites, Welders, and Ns Resolves as a way of attaching energy quickly. The Dragonites can be used as backup attackers. The energy retrievals can get energy back into my hand for reuse, and the Brocks Challenges can get Pokémon and energy back into the deck The point isn't to win, just to knockout as many Pokémon as I can in matches to completely the challenge. As far as I can tell it's a solid deck, but it doesn't stack against any meta decks, which of course are what a lot of people play in Standard. Any advice for improving the deck so I can stay in the game long enough to knock out some Pokémon? TIA! [link] [comments] |

It's super consistent and I've been beating decks like MewMew and Eternatus VMAX with it on ladder(not much but still). Obv not a comp viable deck since it is a coin flip but I can tell you that you can certainly afford a few tails when you're ohkoing any card your opponent puts in front of you! Posted: 20 Oct 2020 08:51 PM PDT I typically try to get Hydreigon in as soon as possible for energy then go to the tag team cards or Eternatus VMax depending on how the cards come out. I'd like to eventually get another strong Darkness card and ditch the Fairy tag team/energies. Any advice is welcome, I know I'm a newb but this deck has been working decently well for me in expanded (50-65% win?) | Corviknight Flying Taxi reset failure? Posted: 20 Oct 2020 12:17 PM PDT I was playing Eternatus vs. Cinderace VMax. My opponent had 30/320 damage on a Cinderace Vmax and I put 270 more with Etern Vmax for 300/320 on their Cinderace VMax. They evolved Corviknight on their bench and picked up the Cinderace V, Vmax and 3 energy using Corviknight's Flying Taxi ability. They then put Jirachi into play and used Stellar Wish. During this turn they had another Cinderace V on their bench with 3 energies already attached. They evolved that Cinderace V using the Vmax in hand from Flying Taxi, switched it into active and then used Cinderace Vmax's Counter attack to put 300 damage on my Eternatus. How can they remove a card from active, evolve another and return to active using the same "if this pokemon was damaged" mechanics? Shouldn't the new Cinderace VMax have been considered a new card that was not damaged on the last turn? It had zero damage on it. [link] [comments] |

I see people selling 100 codes on eBay for like 25$ and was wondering if it was worth it to purchase some of those too? I still need to learn deck structure and all that but with the base game and the free cards you get I'm assuming you can't do much? Idk feel free to tell me I'm stupid and I shouldn't do this or whatever. I've just really enjoyed the facing the bots in challenge mode and want to try online and when I did I got totally smacked. | Can’t rename Pikachu Zekrom deck Posted: 20 Oct 2020 02:41 PM PDT Hey everyone! I recently purchased the Pikachu Zekrom box at Walmart. I claimed the code in PTCGO. When I made a clone of the deck and edited a few cards, I tried to rename the clone. After I save, it just reverts to the original name. I tried all of this same process with the Charizard Reshiram deck and had no issues with renaming the deck. What gives?? [link] [comments] |
