At least give me the decency to test my deck against a adp deck. 6 games straight I had 6 people concede because they couldn't get their adp going. Suck it up buttercup and play that game. | Copying attacks and the confusion that ensues Posted: 23 Dec 2020 09:48 PM PST I have become quite fond of Pokémon that copy attacks. I hate certain attacks being used against me, so if you can't beat them, copy them. But sometimes it doesn't work as planned. I was working on a ninetales v deck that tries its best but would never be a competitive deck. Welder, manual attach and then swinging at a poke with its own most powerful attack is a blast. Especially when you OHKO something that has fire weakness, magical. Until you're going up against mad party or eternatus where it's utterly useless... Anyways I knew I would inevitably run into ADP so I got the genius idea of teching in aurora energy. If I'm going to copy altered creation I might as well have a water energy attached so I can be OP taking extra prizes too. Here's the thing: it didn't work. If an ADP with a metal and aurora satisfies the condition, why didn't using nine-tailed shapeshifter with 2 fire and 1 aurora energy satisfy it? Altered creation states: if this Pokémon has at least 1 extra (water) energy attached to it (in addition to this attacks cost). The cost is 1 metal, which when copying attacks the base energy cost is overlooked-that much I know. But the bonus energy should be applied right? Would it have worked if I had 3 fire energy (or FCC) on ninetales v in addition to the aurora energy? If so, why? Also, if so, that is dumb. Or is this something that hasn't been dealt with yet? Hard to believe something like this would be overlooked but you never know. Any answers, feedback, or badgering is appreciated. [link] [comments] |
| Posted: 23 Dec 2020 10:42 PM PST The prevalence of decks combining Professor's Research, Dedenne-GX, and Crobat V has made winning by deckout with MegaSableye and Tyrannitar-GX's Gigafall GX ridiculously easy. This is especially true when playing against decks that have additional draw power from card effects, such as Charizard and Leon or Mad Party. Certainly you're not going to win every time and competent players can still beat you even if they're tearing through their own deck like a delicious cheesecake is waiting for them at the bottom, but it's much easier than it probably has any right to be. | Posted: 23 Dec 2020 08:44 AM PST Would be a QoL change. I just lost a tournament game bc while playing Tate & Liza I accidentally clicked on switchting my active Pokemon instead of the redraw. Literally this missclick killed my run, since I couldn't clear opponent's Thundurus and he had the extra turn to stack his energy. So really, what is the reason to not being able to cancel cards like this? Would have saved me many times of frustration but this one is by far the worst I experienced yet. [link] [comments] |

I want to buy codes as I have zero interest in having real cards. So... which booster packs should I focus on? Like is there any that have better pull rates or... I don't know. I was wonder how difficult it is to learn to play online. Where can I learn? Can I use a Mac book? I tried downloading on my phone and it said only works with iPad. | Posted: 23 Dec 2020 12:29 PM PST Hello guys, i started playing 3 month ago. Today i logged in and found my account suspended, I checked my email but nothing was sent about it. I don't even understand the motivation because I don't know what I have done wrong. I have submitted a ticket now but I have a few questions: Does the fact that it says "this account has been suspended" mean that I'm banned or like suspended for a week or I don't know how long? Could it happen that they suspend at random? I really don't have a clue what I've done wrong. How long does it take on average to respond to the ticket I sent? Just Basic trading and some good trades with a friend of mine that stopped playing (i got 2 competitive expanded decks with this) As a HS player I really liked this game and it took me a lot but it was like a bucket of ice water the suspension today Do you guys have any other suggestion other then the ticket i already sent?
