    /r/ptcgoleague will kick off the new year with a Card Catcher Event! This is a triple-elimination tournament with a unique twist.

    Each player begins by submitting a list of 15 card names from which they may construct their deck. Each time a player wins a match, they may select two card names from their opponent's list to add to their own (no actual cards are exchanged between players). As the event progresses, players will accumulate more deck-building options.

    So I just logged in to my account and found that someone hacked my account and traded everything of value that I had away and then gave themselves all the packs. I'm beyond furious; I have not given anyone my account information so I have no clue how they obtained it. This dude djswat seems to be the one that did it. I know this happened to someone else just a few days ago as well so is there anything I can do or am I just screwed and quitting the game now? Also I have plenty of pics of what all he threw away in public trades just so he could scum some packs off me.

    Edit: Also just got a message saying there was a breach on the site and to change passwords, guess I got it a little too late, but would recommend y'all change your passwords just in case.

    I remember getting the Rallying Cry deck recently from a code, but I forgot what it is. Besides that, are there any free codes that are still usable? My friend just joined in and I wanted him to get free stuff too.

    I'm an old returning player from 2018 and when I logged in all my cards and decks are gone which I spent a bit on money on. I logged out and back in but those things didn't return. Do I have to contact support or finish the basic deck tutorials ?

    Hey everyone, I am returning to the game after about two years maybe more. I see that I dont have my unopened packs, my cards, my avatar is changed, I have to do the tutorials again etc etc. even though its my account , exactly the same as before. Any idea? Shall i send an email?

    Is it just me, or do Level Ball coin flips get 0/2 heads like 75% of the time?

    Seriously, this card is worthless. You're better off using Evolution Incense or Poké Kid because those are actually guaranteed results. Level Ball is essentially a waste of a card because it hardly ever seems to work. Statistically, it should produce 0/2 heads about 25% of the time, but it honestly feels more like 75%. This applies not just to me, because I've seen my opponents in Versus have bad luck with this card as well when their theme decks force them to use it. Who actually has good luck with this card and prefers to use it?

    opponent takes 2 cards?

    why does my opponent take 2 prize cards when he kills my card on the fields in TCG online? i don't play with any EX or V or GX or Tag Team cards, i literally just run a basic colorless Kangaskan and stoutland deck so there is nothing i can see that allows them to take more cards. As far as i can tell that is only the case when you defeat a V or GX or EX card

    Best deck to build?

    Can anyone give me a good deck build and be very specific please. Like how many of each card including trainers and energy's. Also what category to build it in like expanded legendary etc. sorry for being stupid and annoying I've tried to build my own decks with not much competitive success. Tia!

    This deck is much stronger than all of the other decks in theme mode; I played against it, lost, then played unseen depths which I thought would solve the problem since it's a water deck, but I can't set up my pokemon fast enough to keep up with 200+ damage from Charizard. It feels like the only way to beat this deck is by sniping Chameleons with my Empoleon, but that requires me to have an Empoleon set up pretty early, which requires a lot of luck.

    Are there decks that counter relentless flame, or should I just buy it and play it myself?

    Hi everyone, I recently got a few online packs for Christmas and am looking to try and build a new deck. I already have most of the basic supporter cards and pokemon (crobat, dedenne & eldegross), so I don't need to find them first. Does anyone have any recommendations for fun standard decks to play that are not super OP but decently reliable?

    Title pretty self explanatory. I just started playing a couple weeks ago. I don't have that many cards besides theme decks (I have Soaring Storm, Rillaboom, Dreadnaw, Rallying Cry, Mental Might, & Born in Fire).

    I would like to start playing Standard at some point but I figured it would probably take a bit before I could build a deck.

    Now that I pulled Crobat V though, he's worth about 30 VIV packs. What should I use those packs for? Where do I even start?

    Edit: I also have the following standard legal cards already: Coalossal V, Butterfree V, Celebi V, Decidueye, Lopunny/Jigglypuff TAGteam, Mew V, Venusaur/Snivy Tag Team, and a bunch of other random cards.

    trying out making some decks and looking for advice on this vikavolt/vanilluxe deck

    I've been looking to make a disruption/item lock deck with Vikavolt V and Vanilluxe from darkness ablaze (its ability flips a coin if its in the active and if heads it paralyses the opponent) but im not too sure what consistency engine i should use for getting stage 2s into play in a non single prize (Vikavolt) focused deck and am currently using shady dealings inteleon to search rare candies and pokemon communications but idk if there are better /less deck space consuming ways to set up
