| Gameplay advice for Expanded EggRow Posted: 12 May 2021 01:58 AM PDT I copied a competitive list with both Vileplumes, Decidueye, and (support blocking) Exeggutor. I'm not sure how to pilot the deck and any advice would be appreciated. I'm probably undervaluing item lock as I feel like a single stage 2 attacker anti Basic Vileplume should be enough by itself. Do I ever forego setting up item lock? Do I ever power up EggRow to use its other attacks? When does Exeggutor come into play? [link] [comments] |

Posted: 11 May 2021 02:58 PM PDT Im playing a Wobbuffet deck where the idea is to rack up damage by switching Pokemon and gaining damage using Spikemuth. I got my opponent to 170/180 and then they retrieved using M&L reviving 120. But then the 20 damage kicked in and their retreated Houndoom played the knock out animation and then came back to life. | Battle system in poemon tcg is confusing Posted: 12 May 2021 06:32 AM PDT Ok so ive been playing, getting better, and i was on a crazy winstreak in the versus tab. I was about to win a match because i had defeated 5 of his pokemon and he only took out 1 of mine. but this guy had a tag team card. next thing i know something covers the thing on the side tat says GX TAG TEAM on it and i lost the match. Just now i went against someone who got absolutly destroyed by my cards and randomly it says DEFEATED on my screen, when i was clobbering them. does anyone know why it does this? i have decent internet so its not like im lagging out. just confusing overall. Then I bought the Soaring Storms theme deck and started to play Versus Mode. But I want to build decks, so I've farming versus and Trainer Challenge and I have like 1000 coins. My question is: should I buy more booster packs? buy more theme decks? wait for something cool to be released? I want to build some standard decks for playing tournaments. | When might the V Battle Decks hit PTCGO Store? Posted: 11 May 2021 09:37 AM PDT I just saw videos on the new Victini V Battle Deck and it's absolutely incredible. If I recall correctly, there were also Venosaur and Blastoise V Battle Decks released. I play casually so I spend most of my game time with theme decks.
