    Water Knock Out Challenges in Expanded

    Right now, I am using a Gyarados (TEU) meme deck for my water challenges. It is okay, but I would like to try to build something new.

    I have two ideas right now: Archie's Blastoise without Mewtwo & Mew or an Inteleon VMax deck.

    Which of these do you think will be better for getting Knock Outs? Do any of you have M3w-less Archie's decklist?

    I played a theme deck tournament and was at 3/3 tie and then opponent concedes and then I lose, this has happened numerous times. How is this ok?

    This has happened numerous times were my opponent at a tie or even one at a 6/5 and then all the sudden Defeat shows up. I feel this is unfair because I still could of easily won. Can someone explain to me if this is people "cheating" or if its allowed. Its happened so much that Im pretty discouraged at this point.
