- Checkmated! This is ideal for Gardeon. They never took a prize since they only got to 200 damage and max potion is such a good card with energy moving abilities. It felt really satisfying because the very match before this I got donked by a mad party. 260 in a few turns and I dead drew.

Posted: 21 May 2021 09:53 PM PDT Hi everyone, I recently started playing PTCGO and followed the advice of the sub and picked up strong theme decks, grinded for tradeable packs and whatever non tradeable rewards from trainer challenges, dailes, etc. I've been a bit burnt out from the Theme ladder and did my best to create a deck and it's an Expanded Lapras VMAX deck. I've enjoyed it so far and have had a fair amount of success, but I want to give Standard a shot for fun and I need some help converting it. Shining Fates was expected to rise once BST stabilized due to its rarity, but that hasn't really happened because it's currently at 0.6. Will Shining Fates go up in the future? Or will it continue dropping? Another option would be to open them. | Cardpocalypse has the foundations for a brilliant Pokémon card game Posted: 22 May 2021 04:05 AM PDT https://store.steampowered.com/app/904400/Cardpocalypse/ Cardpocalypse. Its a "cute" little game where you are in school and the trend at the school is there little monster cards that people are collecting and battling. Its unashamedly based on Pokémon card. You battle fellow students, trade and find the cards and open packs etc to build your deck. In a somewhat free roam school. Following a storyline. Although I enjoyed the game, I actually found it a bit underwhelming and the gameplay quite basic and didn't really connect with the story, however I feel the concept would lend it self so well to a Pokémon trading card game. Imagine a free roam school or something similar, where the craze is Pokémon cards, and you collect and battle the cards. PTCGO is brilliant in terms of the card battles and balance, however there's no real single player campaign aside from some basic AI battle trees. It's really outdated and the Devs don't really give it much love at all. Whilst games like Hearthstone and legend's of runeterra are massive success and on par with current day technology, PTCGO isnt yet still extremely popular. Not many people even realise it exists because it's not on steam or playstore (except on tablets) There could perhaps be a storyline where you start at school and then find your way into a Pokémon card championship or something like that. PTCGO has been desperately needing an upgrade or sequel, and I feel if they went down a similar route that Cardpocalypse has, it would be a massive success [link] [comments] |

Posted: 21 May 2021 08:19 PM PDT Opponent had a vmax cinderace almost dead i have a team magma lairon, used a move that took 60hp off the cinderace he died and then i chose 3 prize cards This is what happened and i was shocked. i was losing by 3 prize cards (5-2) and then it was instantly a close match again. Surprisingly I've taken down some ADP & Urshifu decks. I'm batting like 75% in 50 games lmao. Now, I want to actually beef the deck up. I've got Mewtwo / Mew. And I just saw this intersting idea for a Crobat V-Max deck where every turn it switches with an benched Altetia that is immune to GX/V pokemon. I was looking to make it but I don't want to invest in the deck just for it to fall out of standard.
