    Evolving Skies release

    I'm not sure if what I'm asking is speculation;

    So it comes out next week I think I saw? But theme decks are done from what I've seen. So does that mean it will only be accessible to PTCGO via a bought code or booster packs only? Trying to decide if I hold off on using coin on another random deck or if we'll actually get access to the new deck?

    I have already put 4 professor skymore in my deck and i would like more cards that discards my hand and draws 5 - 7 cards so i wondered if any of you can tell me which cards would be suited in a expanded deck and does the same job my explanation not very good hope u understand lmao :)

    Is It still worth It to get Battle Styles packs?

    I'm In a position where I can get 250 Battle Styles packs for about $40, whereas I could get 50 Chilling Reign packs for around $25-$35. I know Chilling Reign Is the latest hotness and Evolving Skies will be out very soon which everyone Is going to be after but surely 250 Battle Styles packs can still get me something on the trade market right?

    I mainly want to rarity bump some of my cards, make another deck or two (I'm thinking making an Eternatus and Zacian deck) , and maybe Invest In an alt. art or full art card that could get me a decent amount of Evolving Skies packs.

    Also I apologize If I'm using using the wrong flair I was debating between Question, Suggestion, and Discussion and wasn't sure which one Is best.

    Anyone else disappointed that we still haven't gotten an English release date for Gengar V and Vmax? Was so hyped for months to build a deck with Gengar Vmax and Umbreon Vmax, but now it seems like it'll have to be even later this year.

    So I have 25 chilling reign packs to start. I'm trying to trade up for more packs but I'm running into this problem where every time I try to click accept on a good looking trade the offers already gone and I'm worried I won't be able to trade up because of this. Any advice on how to successfully trade up would help. Thanks for your time.

    I play relentless fire now but i find it highly unconsistent and most of the time in tournaments i am still on basic pokemon while my oponent has like 3 stage 2

    Creep show Gengar Vs. Shadow rider

    Was taking hits from necrosma and still building up when i realized my opponent had filled 4/5 bench spaces and had 2 gastly just waiting to be knocked out. Managed to vmax 3 SR and accelerate 3 onto a standby Shadow rider V. Wasnt sure what would happen when i took out the 2 gastlys but alas, since they were taking up 2 bench spots that meant my opponent could only bench 1 easily gust-able hunter. It as a wild match and just thought id share the game winning strat. since SR struggles with strong 1 prizer's

    TLDR when the stars a line, creepshow gengar can be beat with shadow rider

    EDIT: I believe my opponent may have misplayed a second necrozma for reassurance early on that cost them a bunch space and ultimately the game

    Energy acceleration on a Vikavolt V / Inteleon deck

    So I'm using this deck list below which I can't remember where I found but ive been enjoying it as a different strategy to the Leon's Charizard, and I've played it for around 14 games winning around 8 games, lost most to ADP 🤷‍♂️

    Any way to the point setting up the Vikavolt V and accelerating energy quicker, digging for energy

    Boltund V ? - Search your deck for up to ⚡️ energy cards and attach them to your benched Pokemon in anyway you like.

    Basic strategy of the deck: Sobbles -> Drizzile to get trainers to get Switches / Bird Keeper or Yell Horn to set up Vikavolt and evolve Drizzile to Inteleon for Quick Shooting

    To then using Vikavolts Item Locking move Paralysing Bolt, to stall the opponent from doing anything, but before that Yell Horn to confuse the opposite and switch to a already charged up Vikavolt or switch a Vikavolt back in

    Suggestions helpful, Decklist below 😊

    Price of Ice Rider Calyrex post Evolving Skies and rotation?

    I opened up 2 VMAX from locked packs, and given its status in the meta, I figured I ought to play em (I'm sure it'll fair better than my Grimmsnarl/Hydreigon deck), but the cost makes me hesitate.

    Any predictions on its future price based on how it's expected to place in the meta after EVS and rotation? I'll hold off on the purchase to fill out a playset of cards if it may lose some popularity, but if it's gonna be just as good or better, then I should go ahead an get em at the current cost.

    Which theme decks do you recommend to buy? I am a new player. I bought Relentless Flame (Charizard) and Soaring Storm (Dragonite). I don't know what other decks I should focus my gold on. Thanks for your help ;)
