Help with first standart format deck Posted: 14 Jul 2020 05:45 AM PDT So I've been playing this game for a while now, but I am already sick of playing theme decks over and over again. I would like to make a deck for the standard format, however I do not know where to start. Maybe someone can suggest a deck I could make from the cards I have. Can I even make a standard deck with these cards? Here's what I have so far: Theme decks:
Noteworthy trainer cards (besides the one available in theme decks):

Posted: 14 Jul 2020 07:36 AM PDT The past few weeks I have really wanted to make Kommo-o/Eelektross work as an Expanded deck. And I could use some tips on how to improve the deck, you can swap out Eelektross to make it a Standard deck for instance, etc. I think I have found the solution with ADP though, any tips? ****** Pokémon Trading Card Game Deck List ****** ##Pokémon - 13 * 1 Arceus & Dialga & Palkia-GX CEC 156 * 2 Jangmo-o DRM 52 * 2 Hakamo-o DRM 53 * 2 Kommo-o DRM 54 * 1 Tynamo BUS 44 * 1 Tynamo UNM 64 * 2 Eelektrik UNM 65 * 2 Eelektross BUS 46 ##Trainer Cards - 28 * 3 Green's Exploration UNB 175 * 3 Evolution Incense SSH 163 * 3 Rare Candy SUM 129 * 3 Level Ball NXD 89 * 2 Ultra Ball SLG 68 * 1 Quick Ball SSH 179 * 2 Pokémon Communication BLW 99 * 1 Professor's Research SSH 178 * 4 Viridian Forest TEU 156 * 3 Switch SSH 183 * 1 Guzma & Hala CEC 193 * 2 Ordinary Rod SSH 171 ##Energy - 19 * 2 Metal Energy SMEnergy 8 * 6 Lightning Energy SMEnergy 13 * 4 Fighting Energy HS 120 * 1 Double Dragon Energy ROS 97 * 4 Blend Energy {W} {L} {F} {M} DRX 118 * 2 Water Energy SMEnergy 12 Total Cards - 60 ****** Deck List Generated by the Pokémon TCG Online www.pokemon.com/TCGO ****** [link] [comments] |
Baby Dragapult is the new Relentless Flame Posted: 13 Jul 2020 06:19 PM PDT Can't beat them if heads keep on flipping. Just played a game where 7 heads were flipped. Also I Marnied my opponent into a Dragapult, Rare candy, Energy, and Spell Tag. Opponent was having the game of a lifetime. [link] [comments] |
Posted: 13 Jul 2020 10:47 PM PDT Pretty dumb question but i'll ask it anyways. Me and my girlfriend recently picked up the GX League Battle decks, and came across having a scenario with a Volcanion having Vitality Band attached. My question is, does the Volcanion damage my active pokemon for 10 damage when using the Flare Starter "Attack" since its considered an attack and not an ability? [link] [comments] |

Posted: 13 Jul 2020 08:32 PM PDT I have a single unlocked dragapult vmax that I dont intend to use. Should i sell it asap before the new set comes out? Do you see them losing value in the near future? [link] [comments] |
Help deciding what to do with old packs Posted: 14 Jul 2020 03:30 AM PDT Hi there, Just getting back into the game again after a break. I have 9 burning shadows packs and 14 guardians rising packs. Are hey worth anything? What should I do with them? If trade then what should I even ask for? [link] [comments] |
Best deck post rotation and your reasons why Posted: 13 Jul 2020 03:44 PM PDT Vikavolt: +item lock +disruption -meta common fighting weakness Centiscorch: +infinite stacking damage +lots of trainer support and acceleration -2 hit vmax ko average unless hitting that damage ceiling (8+ energy) Eternatus: +Low cost damage that relies on ability and Pokemon in play +lots of trainer support -+Can be trainer tech'd against however this is not only a supporter, but it is not hard to re-set up your bench with Pokemon -meta common fighting weakness Zacian/adp: +doesn't lose many/any tools for the deck engine +potentially faster setup to start attacking whilst still being a 2 hit Vmax ko -weakness to centiskorch -heavy reliance on items to turn 1 adp makes this a bad match against vikavolt Salemance: +Spread damage early game with a hard hit to confirm 2 hit ko on Vmax + potential early ko's against non v's +colourless attacker, meaning a potential meta tech deck could be built around this -weakness to vikavolt -spread damage locked to v form alone [link] [comments] |

Posted: 13 Jul 2020 12:17 PM PDT Question above. Will Hydreigon's ability to attach all dark energy make this tag team a threat in the meta? Asking really because I have 3 RR's of the tag team and it would make a pretty deck [link] [comments] |
Make a way to make untradable things (locked) tradable Posted: 13 Jul 2020 05:31 PM PDT Yes this is slightly a rant. like maybe 10000 to make untradable tradable or something. im fuming rn [link] [comments] |

Posted: 13 Jul 2020 10:55 AM PDT The offer of a Pokémon card game online sounds really enticing, but I was wondering if it had micro transactions. Thanks! [link] [comments] |
Posted: 13 Jul 2020 12:01 PM PDT I am new to the game and wanted to know if there is a way to gain XP other than daily challenges? Also what are level up rewards? Is this even worth my time? I already have a Meta deck built and completed should I even bother? [link] [comments] |
