Posted: 04 Oct 2020 03:56 AM PDT Took a break from ptcgo for a good few months so playing standard format isn't any good for me atm, so I'm playing expanded to buy some of the newer packs and wondered how to improve this deck, it does quite well tbh and I love using the zubat line to hit some damage and get the boost on the calamitous slash. A very nice "poor mans" alternative to the more expensive energies. Got a few other of the cheaper ones. Here are the old school Evolutions foil energies: Slightly more expensive were the Generations foil energies: Into the expensive stuff now, here are the COL foil energies, which I still need more of: And finally, the really sickly expensive stuff, here are the SR energies: Will try to finish off some other sets of foil energies coming up. | Why do prize cards have to be face down? Posted: 03 Oct 2020 10:09 PM PDT I feel like it doesn't bring anything to the table, it just adds a bunch of extra RNG in a game that's already at least 30% about RNG. How many times have you lost a game because you couldn't pull that one card off the prizes to win the game? How many times have you prized a tech card in the one match up you needed it? How is having prizes face down making things more interesting? https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=rrkZU5KhRxU 26:30 What if Azul had wiffed the boss? He would've lost 100% because of RNG Now i know that some cards like town map will lose its value (nobody plays it anyway), but it doesn't seem like they gave a damn about Lillia when they remade the t1 support rule, and honestly, it's worth losing a few cards for less rng in the game. Mostly packs, but there are three Trainer Box codes that I neither need nor want so I'm going to give them away in a little trivia contest. Rules are simple: 1) First to answer a question correctly will get one code at random. 2) You can only answer one question, answering more than one question will get you disqualified.
