| How am I supposed to start playing this game? Posted: 10 Apr 2021 08:10 AM PDT Been into pokemon for years and ive finally decided to give ptcgo a go after loving duel links. But this game just feels like a huge downgrade. The UI is horrible on phone, and I get next to no resources off the bat to build a half decent deck. So how am I supposed to grind a good deck as a FTP without driving myself mad from using structure decks? [link] [comments] |
| Confused about Aegislash-EX Mighty Shield and Electro Rain Raichu interaction Posted: 10 Apr 2021 05:55 AM PDT So, I play a deck with Electrode-GX to put Counter Energies and Speed Lightning Energy and the Alolan Raichu with the Electro Rain attack. This reads: Discard any amount of Lightning Energy from this Pokémon. Then, for each Energy you discarded in this way, choose 1 of your opponent's Pokémon and do 30 damage to it. (You can choose the same Pokémon more than once.) This damage isn't affected by Weakness or Resistance. I would interpret this as Raichu doing damage after Energies are discarded, therefore if I discarded ALL Special Energies it should be ableto hit Aegislash-EX. However this doesn't happen (Aegislash-EX doesn't take any damage). What am I missing? Is this a bug? [link] [comments] |
