    What do you guys think of this format? I recently got back into the game and found a youtuber doing this, its basically a singleton format with no rulebox pokemon, its like commander for pokemon in a 60 card deck for those of you who play mtg, mono type and with no rule box tools either

    Sylveon VMAX Concept

    I am really excited to try out Sylveon VMAX from Evolving Skies. Being able to hit for 220 on T2 under ideal conditions while potentially only offering up two prizes is too hard to pass up on. This is the deck I have in mind (post rotation).

    I feel like running a 4-4 line of Sylveon V/VMAX is necessary given the loss of Pokemon Communication. 3-2 Remoraid/Octillery helps find energy as needed, Crobat V and Eledgoss V are self explanatory, and my hopes is that Kecleon with RS Scroll of the Skies and a fire energy will be a solid counter to Zacian V and Zamazenta V. I've though about adding in a single Zygarde from EVS as another single prize attacker that could ideally hit bench sitters like Crobat V if the opponent is down to one prize.

    I wanted to included some Korrina's Focus to compliment Octillery but I am not sure if it is a good balance with Marnie and Professor's Research. I would like to run a single Raihan, with Ribbon Badge reducing the amount of prizes taken it would give me at least two opportunities to play it. This could help set ups another Sylveon VMAX or Kecleon. Running 2 Tower of Waters and 1 Training Court to help with switching and energy retrieval.

    As for energies I am unsure which basics I should run, I want to run two fire to help with countering metal decks. I thought of taking out one psychic to add in either a single metal or lightening energy so Kecleon might have a bit more versatility.

    Fresh to the game, trying to knock off the daily challenge with the Mental Might deck is too frustrating. Is there one I should lean towards for future use in deck building/one stands out above the other?

    Zeraora V deck?

    Thinking of trying a Zeraora V/RS deck. Have a base idea down for cards, but have never built a true 'standard' legal deck myself. (Friends all play unlimited w/ no weaknesses, and online I usually run a BlastoiseVmax/InteleonVmax).

    Was thinking something like this, but am not finished so any suggestions are welcomed.

    Zacian weird interaction

    So I'm playing a Zacian deck for the first time and it's been a lot of fun, but I noticed a weird interaction.

    So his attack explicitly says "This Pokemon cannot attack on the next turn", paraprhasing. But what happend was, I used that attack, then next turn my opponent bossed another one of my Pokemon, benching Zacian. Then on my next turn I used Switch to make that same Zacian the active pokemon and I could attack again.

    Is this a bug? Because, just by reading the attack it does seem like a bug, and if I was playing the physical game and my opponent did that I would say that it is illegal and would die on that hill.

    Any fun rogue decks to share?

    I am tired of using Ice Rider VMAX and Lucmetal, not interested in spending the money to play the other top decks because I don't think I'll have fun playing those either. If some of you could share some cool rogue decks or ideas you guys have it would be much appreciated.

    Help making a comprehensive list of “support mon” cards?

    I don't like to be negative, but I am really getting bummed out by the extremely wild odds with coin flips. I only really play theme decks right now, and there are a few decks people play that rely heavily on coin flips. That should be fine. I think the coin flips in the game are a really neat thing that ads to the flair of this TCG over some others. It shouldn't be an issue. It should all even out to 50/50. I would be fine if my opponent was even getting like 75% heads. But some times the RNG utterly blesses people. I have yet to see Whimsicott's Cotton Ride come up tails for instance. And I just played someone who had Rapidash from Relentless Flame out on turn 2 and then proceeded to get 10 heads in a row on Agility. 10. Diez. She wiped nearly my whole team in a safe little agility bubble, then switched to Charizard to blast my poor Dragonite. I guess good for her on that ~1/1000 luck, but this isn't even the first time this has happened like this. On the bright side, I have plenty of salt to cook lunch.

    Cake Rider Deck Post Rotation

    Currently running a 2-2 line of Alcremie Vmax and 4-3 line of Shadow Rider Vmax. With pokemon communication rotating out - which I have 2 of and find very useful in swapping out for Vmaxes as required - should I look at adding more of each Vmaxes to the deck going forward? Cheers

    Why does nearly everyone spam smiley face + "good deck" at coin flip, wait 30s then quit before draw?

    Are they bots? For what purpose? I don't get it.

    This is in the legacy Versus games anyway. I finally built my first deck and legacy is clearly a sonicspeed way of getting 2000 lightning bolts because everyone quits or has 24 mulligans, so builds my streak up...
