| PSA: Your decks will disappear tomorrow with Standard rotation Posted: 08 Sep 2021 09:19 AM PDT To get ahead of the inevitable "where did my deck go?" posts, when rotation hits PTCGO tomorrow, September 9th (exact time TBD), every Standard deck that features a card from the Sun & Moon block will disappear. Some decks may go into Expanded, some into Unlimited, and others that play banned cards like Reset Stamp will probably just be in the general list of decks and unplayable until you make changes. | Why can Bronzong move Aurora Energy? Posted: 09 Sep 2021 05:46 AM PDT Just played a game where Bronzong kept moving an Aurora Energy back and forth between metal Pokemon. But why? Bronzong says you can move metal energy, but Aurora is a SPECIAL energy that says it PROVIDES Metal energy. Is there a note that somehow means it counts as one too? Because I'm sure that if I had a card that said "discard a metal energy", I couldn't use it to discard an Aurora, could I? [link] [comments] |

| Posted: 08 Sep 2021 08:54 AM PDT Zeraora V is an interesting card that I've struggled to use. Being able to hit the bench for 160-220 sounds nice but I've never found a way to consistently pull it off multiple turns in a row. Instead of using Blaziken VMAX and Octillery I tried for Sobble and Raihan. After a bit of tinkering I've found a set I enjoy but could still be improved. This deck prefers to go second, Sobble in the active and at least one Sobble or Zeraora V on the bench. Set up with Keep Calling. If the active Sobble does get KO'ed bring in Zeraora V, use Shady Dealing to attach a Lightning and to find the Rapid Strike Energy if you don't have one in your hand, set up Passimian and/or Telescopic Sight if needed. If the Zeraora V is knocked out set up the next one with another Raihan, if not try and set up with Bede. Ideally you are hitting bench sitters like Crobat V instead of going for a VMAX. I am considering adding in Medicham V, it could be useful to finish off Crobat V/etc when Passimiam/Telescopic Sight weren't available and has the added benefit of only needing one attachment. Bede has been hard to use and will likely swap it out for a Turbo Patch. | How to record Ptcgo using Streamlabs OBS Posted: 08 Sep 2021 08:25 AM PDT So I'm trying to record a ptcgo gameplay video using Streamlabs OBS and when I watched the video, I saw that the framerate was really low. I'm not to good with technology but I went in and changed the common fps value of it to 60. It still looks bad tho, at least the file itself. What's the best way to go about this? [link] [comments] |
