Posted: I've been trying to test this deck and make it work the best it can, but I've found it's very slow to start and with hammers and boss it's very frustrating sometimes. | New Player need advice on building standard deck Posted: Wassup. I'm a newer player. Been grinding with Soaring Storm, won some theme tourneys and made the bonehead decision to try to make my own standard Dragonite electric deck using Raichu&Alolan Raichu GX and Tapu Koko V and VMax attackers, replaced Grimer w/ Indeedee, and bought another SS theme to run more Dragonite and Pidgey's but I've learned sadly that good decks are just gonna boss's order my support Pokémon over and over so I'm looking to try to create another deck. I have currently 2 Reshiram and Charizard GX and 2 Victini VMAX (all trade locked) so I'm guessing I'm looking to build around those. I have enough coin for some fire decks, so I figured I'd get one or two to get started with fire. Is either Charizard a better option, or both, or neither? I know I'm definitely gonna need some welder's moving forward. Appreciate any advice you guys would offer. [link] [comments] |

| How would you improve this Galarian Darmanitan deck? Posted: After some advice here as the heading says. The deck wins about 70% of the time since last edit. The times I lose it's been because I just can't draw what I need, not sure if I need more poke balls or something else. I feel like it needs more items instead of supporters. Energy wise I'm good, I've only run out once. I've got a lot of coins and packs available to trade so I'm okay to get some extra cards if I don't already have them. I play expanded only. | Is there any way to play around boss's order? Posted: Sorry if this comes off as a rant, but I hate this card. There I am, switching in and out, trying to look through my deck to see what resources I have, using draw cards to draw energy while I build up a card or two. I am sitting there waiting for my chance to strike back. BUT WHAT'S THIS??? They play Boss's order and completely destroy any chance I had to win or even come back. I groan, watch as they take their last prize card. And I quickly "Q" for another game while slightly tilted. And once again, I lose because they boss and sweep from there. I know every game isn't like that, but I think I lose 20% of my games at the moment to that stupid card. So, I am asking for any advice on how to counter it. The Two decks I have are Budget Leon Charizard and a Decidueye deck based around that ability to negate damage. So, with either of those two decks, is there any card or way to counter Boss's order in a standard format? [link] [comments] |

| Ptcgo $ subscription to get access to all cards. Posted: I don't have the time to play nearly as much as I used to anymore. When I do though, there are decks I'd love to try, but now I don't want to invest the money to get all of the cards for the deck. What if it's just not for me? Did I waste resources on something I don't like? I find myself having to decide on one or two decks to get the cards for and then I'm stuck with them. Then I thought instead of buying codes and trading for cards for every deck I want to try, what if there was like a monthly subscription I could pay that would give access to all of the cards? It would obviously need to be at a price point where it makes sense to do this as opposed to buying a lot of codes. They would all be trade locked I'd imagine, and no full arts or bling versions. That way there would still be incentive for some people to buy codes and open packs. This is something I feel would be worth the investment. [link] [comments] |

| Posted: I know when you go into the public trades online there aren't many good deals, but I see so many trades that I can't see anyone ever doing. Why on earth would I trade TWO of the new Tyrannitar V from the battle styles set for ONE battle styles pack. Maybe some people would do it if it was one for one, but who would do a two for one trade? [link] [comments] |
